DMEM/F-12(Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium/Nutrient Mixture F-12)是一种广泛使用的基础培养基,用于支持许多不同哺乳动物细胞的生长。在DMEM/F-12中成功培养的细胞包括MDCK、胶质细胞、成纤维细胞、人内皮细胞和大鼠成纤维细胞。BIOEXPLORER®提供多种DMEM/F-12修饰,适用于多种细胞培养应用。DMEM/F-12是DMEM与Ham的F-12 1:1的混合。该配方结合了DMEM的高浓度葡萄糖,氨基酸和维生素F-12的各种成分。DMEM/F-12不含蛋白质、脂质或生长因子。因此,DMEM/F-12可能需要补充,通常添加10%胎牛血清(FBS)。DMEM/F-12使用碳酸氢钠缓冲系统,因此需要5-10%的二氧化碳环境来维持生理pH值。
