Through carbon adsorption, the concentration of many hormones and growth factors in serum, such as estradiol, cortisol, corticosterone, B vitamins, T3, T4, prostagnationin, etc., can be reduced. BIOEXPLORER®Carbon Adsorption Fetal Bbovine Serum was used for in vitro culture with background values removed to verify the effects of hormones. Studies included steroid receptor connection, cellreceptor steroid regulation, various tissue hormone secretion and thyroid hormone function. During production, carbon and dextrose are used to remove hormones from serum.
