BIOEXPLORER®Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS), Australian Origin is sourced from Australian abattoirs approved by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) or Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS). The Australian methods of animal husbandry exhibit excellent animal nutrition and healthcare. Australia is an isolated continent, thus making animal disease and control management easier than in most areas of the world. The serum was collected from the blood source of young foetus cattle at 2 ~ 3 months, with sufficient nutrition. Unique process of blood collection,low in antibodies,IgG and high in growth factors.Endotoxin ≤1EU/ml, very suitable for the culture of delicate cells, such as Neural Stem cells, Neurons, Embryonic Stem cells, Mesenchymal Stem cells.
This FBS is assayed for gamma globulin, alkaline phosphatase, lactate dehydrogenase, glutamic pyruvic transaminase, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, pH, total protein, albumin, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, total bilirubin, sodium, potassium, calcium, chloride, inorganic phosphorus, osmolality, iron, total iron binding capacity (TIBC), percent iron saturation, glucose, and IgG.
